RTS Return Slip Document Print

This program lets you print RTS return slips.

The Return to Supplier feature facilitates the return of goods or services to suppliers as a result of defects or other reasons for dissatisfaction.

It simplifies the process of returns and provides an efficient method of controlling items leaving site for returns or repairs. This ensures visibility and tracking of the item until the process is concluded.

Starting

When accessing this program, you may be prompted to perform a conversion if you previously used the legacy Returned to Vendor system. During the conversion, the legacy RTV tables are renamed and converted, and journals are copied from the legacy RTV tables to the latest Return to Supplier tables.

You can restrict operator access to programs by assigning them to groups and applying access control against the group (configured using the Operator Groups program).

Field Description

Print

This lets you print the RTS return slip that will accompany the goods when they are shipped to the supplier.

Alignment

This lets you check the document alignment.

Documents  
Document type This indicates the type of document that will be printed.
Format

This indicates the format of the RTS document.

Select Define Format to specify a format for the RTS slip using the Return to Supplier Return Slip Format program.
Format description This indicates the description of the selected RTS slip format.
Options  
Reprint Select this to reprint RTS slips.
RTS  
RTS Selection This lets you indicate a selective range of RTS return slips you want to print/reprint.
