Organization Lists

You use this program to view Organizations defined against your operator code, as well as against the role/company to which you belong.

Select New from the toolbar to add a new organization list, or highlight the organization and select Change to maintain it from the Conditional Organization List Maint program.

Notes and warnings

Security considerations

  • You can only maintain organization lists if you have Role layout design permissions (Operators). If not, then you can only create and copy organization lists against your own operator code.

  • Organization lists are considered sensitive information.
