You use this program to maintain the cost elements and calculation codes that you want to include in the route of an LCT bill of landed costs.
An index of cost elements and where they are used (i.e. to which stock codes they have been attached) is maintained automatically by the system.

| New | Select this to add a different element to the selected route. The element must currently exist. If it does not exist, you need to use the LCT Elements program to create it. |
| Delete | Select this to delete the currently displayed element from the selected route. |
| Save | Select this to save the details you entered or changed. |
| Element | Enter a valid cost element code that you want to add to the selected route in the Bill of Landed Costs. |

| Stock code | This indicates the stock code for which you are currently maintaining the LCT bill of landed costs. |
| LCT Route | This indicates the route for which you are maintaining elements. |
| LCT element | This indicates the code of the element you are currently maintaining. |

Enter the code of the calculation that you want to use to determine the expected cost of the cost element in this route. If you do not want the system to calculate an expected cost for the cost element, then leave the Calculation code field blank. |
This program can be accessed by selecting the Add an Element for this Route option from the Edit menu of the Bill of Landed Costs program.
Electronic Signatures provide security access, transaction logging and event triggering. This enables you to increase control over your system changes.
Access to the following eSignature transactions within this program can be restricted at Operator, Group, Role or Company level. You configure this using the eSignature Setup program.
