Multiple Bins for Stock Code

Field	Description
Include
Include Zero Available	Select this to display bins with a zero on hand quantity in the listview.
Include warehouse if no bins	Select this to display the default bin for warehouses in which multiple bins are not required.
Sequence	By default, multiple bins are sequenced according to the Multiple bin browse default sequence defined (Inventory Setup). Use this option to change the order in which the information is displayed in the list view.

Field	Description
Refresh Bins	Select this to redisplay the bin information in the listview after making changes in the Multiple Bins Selection pane.
Autoload Values	These options enable you to indicate how you want to save the selections made in this pane. You can choose to set all selections as they were when you last ran the program (i.e. Load Previous Form Values) or save your selections in the pane as your default preferences for all companies, or for the current company only (i.e. Save Form Values as Default or Save Form Values for this Company). If you have saved form values for the company or as the default, then you can remove these settings and restore them to the form's default preference selections.
Options
Stock code	Indicate the stock code for which to display bin details. You cannot change the stock code when you access this program from the Inventory Query program, as it displays the stock code you are currently querying in Inventory Query.
Warehouses
Warehouse selection	Indicate the warehouse(s) for which to display bin details.

Column	Description
Bin	`ADJUST` bins are created by the Inventory Period End program when the total on hand quantity of the bins for a warehouse do not match the on hand quantity stored against the warehouse in the multiple bins for that warehouse/stock code. When an `adjust` bin is found, the quantity in the bin should be transferred to the correct bin (see Inventory Movements) and then the `ADJUST` bin should be deleted (see Inventory Bin Maintenance).
Ship quantity	This indicates the quantity reserved for sales order lines which have a quantity to ship. If there are no open sales orders for these items, then the Balance function of the Order Purge program clears the ship quantity.
Notes	This displays any notes assigned to the bin.
Last receipt	This indicates the date on which the last inventory receipt was processed for the bin. This field is also updated for Adjustments processed using the Inventory Movements program.
On hold	This indicates whether the bin is on hold.
Reason for hold	This indicates the reason for the bin being on hold.

You cannot maintain information displayed in this listview if access to the program is set to Browse only, but access to the corresponding maintenance program is not allowed (see Security Access).

You can only access this program when the Multiple bins option is enabled (Inventory Setup).
This program can be accessed by selecting the Multiple Bins option from the Query menu of the Inventory Query program.

You can only delete a bin if it has a zero quantity on hand and there has been no movement against the bin for three months.
You cannot delete the default bin in a warehouse that does not require multiple bins.

Not all bins are displayed by default. For example: When you add a new bin, it is not displayed unless you select to display bins with a zero quantity on hand (Include option).
If you enabled the Multiple bins option (Inventory Setup) but have not enabled the Multiple bins in use option against the warehouse (Warehouses) then the details of the default bin are displayed. The default bin is created with the same code as the warehouse code in which it was created.
