You use this program to view details of Bills of Materials for ECC controlled items previously archived.
When archiving structures and routings in batch mode, a single archive file is generated for each run of the Structure and Routing Archive program.
The ECC Bills of materials currently archived in the selected file are displayed in this listview.

| Parent stock code | This indicates the ECC parent item to create from the bill. |
| Description | This indicates the description of the parent item. |
| Revision | This indicates the ECC revision number for the parent item when it was archived. |
| Release | This indicates the ECC release number for the parent item when it was archived. |
| Route | This indicates the WIP routing defined against the bill. |
| Archive | This indicates the archive file name. |
No ''additional'' information (such as custom forms, multimedia, notes, etc) attached to Bills of Materials is archived.
An ECC Bill of materials can only be archived when an engineering change order is moved to a status that accepts the changes made to the Bill of materials.
