Browse on GL Groups

You use this program to view details of General Ledger groups currently defined.

You can generate a report of General Ledger groups currently defined using the GL List of Groups program.

Listview columns

Column Description
Group This indicates the code for the General Ledger group.
Description This indicates the description for the group code.

Notes and warnings

Deletion considerations

  • SYSPRO does not validate whether any General Ledger codes are attached to the group when you delete the group (see General Ledger Codes).

Restricted maintenance

  • You cannot maintain information displayed in this listview if access to the program is set to Browse only, but access to the corresponding maintenance program is not allowed (see Security Access).
