You use this program to create and maintain details of the component types that you require in Bill of Materials and Estimates.

| Component Type | This indicates the code of the component type you are
currently maintaining. It is a user-defined field that can be
used, for example, to identify packaging material or even
local content. Component types can be added to allocations on bill of materials and estimates and printed on reports. |
| Description | The description for the component type. The description is printed on reports and can be used to verify that you have entered the correct component type. |
Electronic Signatures provide security access, transaction logging and event triggering. This enables you to increase control over your system changes.
Access to the following eSignature transactions within this program can be restricted at Operator, Group, Role or Company level. You configure this using the eSignature Setup program.
