You use this program to view, execute and manage all documents (e.g. invoices, statements, quotations, etc.) in the document queue, when using server-side printing.

This pane displays all of the documents which currently exist in the document print queue, based on your filter selections.
The following information is included in the listview:
Column | Description |

Request date | The date that the document was sent to the server. |
Status | The current status of the document. |
Send via | The method in which the document has been executed. |

This column reflects if the document has been sent as per it's instruction.

Priority | The current priority of the document. You are able to change the priority for each item in the queue (regardless of its status), however this only has an impact on items that have not yet started processing. |
Document | Select the View Document hyperlink in this column to open the document or documents in the Document Preview window. |
If you select the View Document hyperlink in the Document column, the item selected is opened in a Document Preview window.
The following options are available for the document currently loaded in the preview screen:

Print to | Prompts you with a print request dialog to select any printer installed on the client. | ||||
Generates an email item with the document attached. If an email address exists in the database for that client, then the address is automatically populated. The email is not sent automatically, allowing you to edit the contents, subject heading, recipients, etc., before submitting the email.

Ensure that you have enabled the Server-side reporting using SQL option at the Reporting configuration field in the System Setup program.
The minimum number of items displayed per page is 10.
The maximum number of items displayed per page is 9999.
Server-side faxing is not currently available. However you can preview a document in this queue and then select to email the document to an email-to-fax contact.
Operator access to the following activities within this program can be restricted. You configure this using the Operators program.
