Zoom on Sales Order Line

You use this program to view the detail entries for a sales order line.

Listview columns

The amount and type of information displayed depends on the sales order line type.

Column Description
Sales order type Indicates the type of sales order number for the order line.
Customer information This is displayed if an invoice number exists.
Sales order line information

The following options can be selected from the Sales order this hyperlink:

  • Sales Order Quick View
  • Query (see Sales Order Query)
  • Order Maintenance (see Document Print)
  • Sales Orders (see SO Sales Orders)

  • Archived Delivery Note, Archived Dispatch Note, Archived invoices, Archived Order Acknowledgement

    These options only apply if you are printing Sales Order documents using SRS document printing and you selected to archive Sales Order documents (see Maintain SRS Document Templates).

    When you select one of these options, you can view details of documents which were archived for the sales order (see SRS Document Archive Viewer).
Quantities and values

Line values

Select this to use the SO Value Sales Orders program to view the sales order values based on the original and outstanding amounts.
SCT information This is only displayed for Supply Chain Transfer types orders.
Line details These details are displayed for freight and miscellaneous charge lines, including trade promotions lines and service charge lines.

  • This program can be accessed by selecting the Zoom function from the SO Browse on SO Lines program.
