You use this program to delete invalid price contracts, or price contracts that have expired by a specified cut-off date.

| Save Form Values | This option is only enabled in Design mode (Automation Design). Your selections are saved and applied when the
program is run in automated mode. Form values and defaults are applied at operator level. They are not saved at role or group level. |

Enable this to delete only those price contracts for stock codes or customers/buying groups no longer held on file. This includes contracts for customers no longer defined as contract customers. |

| Quantity discount breaks | Enable this to delete contracts with a pricing method of Quantity discount breaks. |

These options are displayed within programs that can be automated. They enable you to indicate the action you want to perform once processing is complete (see Automation Design). |
Error messages encountered during processing are displayed in this pane provided you did not selected to close the application after processing.
