You use this program to view details of quantities available for each warehouse in which a stock item is stocked.

| Select | Select this to use the warehouse currently highlighted
in the listview as the Stores warehouse for a
requisition Issue. For Transfers, this is the source warehouse from which the item will be transferred. You can therefore check that sufficient stock exists in the warehouse before setting it as the Stores warehouse in the Requisition Stores Issues and Transfers program. A message is displayed if insufficient stock is available in the warehouse you selected to satisfy the transfer. In this case, your selection is ignored. For Issues, this is the warehouse into which the item must be issued. |
| Exclude zero quantities | Select this if you do not want to display warehouses with a quantity available of zero or below. Only warehouses with a positive available quantity are displayed. |
Each warehouse in which the item is stocked is displayed, together with the relevant quantities.
