Browse on Requisition Groups

You use this program to view details of purchase order requisition user groups currently defined.

Listview columns

Column Description
Code This indicates the code assigned to the requisition user group.
Description This indicates the description of the requisition group.

Notes and warnings

Restricted maintenance

  • You cannot maintain information displayed in this listview if access to the program is set to Browse only, but access to the corresponding maintenance program is not allowed (see Security Access).

Deletion considerations

  • You can only delete a group if no requisition users are attached to the group (Requisition Users).

  • When you delete a requisition group, all budgets for the group are also deleted.
