You use this program to view details of all the files that were archived for lots.

| Archived file | Indicates the archive file name for the lot. |
| Date | Indicates the date on which the lot was archived. This is the date on which the archive file was created. |
| Version | Indicates the version of SYSPRO that was used to create the archive file. |
| Records |
Indicates the number of records in the archive file. Each record takes up 500 bytes of disc space. To calculate the disc space required (in megabytes) to restore an archived file, you divide the number of records by 2000. |
