The range of transaction dates and transaction types can only be selected when you generate a Detail report.

|
Lots on hold | |
Include | Select this to include details for lots that are on hold. |
Exclude | Select this to exclude details for lots that are on hold. |
Only | Select this to include details only for lots that are on hold. |

Transaction date selection | If you selected to print a Detail report, then you can indicate the transaction date(s) for which you want to include transactions in the report. |
These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
If you entered both a certificate number and a concession number when processing the transaction, then only the concession number is printed on the report. The certificate number is therefore only printed when you do not enter a concession number against the transaction.
The Quantity reserved' column indicates the quantity that was reserved from the lot using the WIP Reserve Lots & Serials Maintenance program. This column is only displayed if you selected to reserve lots for parents and/or allocations in the Work in Progress Setup program.
The Quantity Received value is the Original Quantity Received from the LotDetail table (LotDetail.OrigQtyReceived). This does not necessarily add up to all the Receipt transactions in the Lot Transactions table. Some of the reasons for this are:
When you add a new lot number using the Lot Maintenance Lot Maintenance program, you can add an Original quantity received (in case you need to credit these lots, or process negative issues against the lot) without performing an actual Receipt transaction. No lot transaction is created in this instance, so on the Traceability Report there will be a quantity in the Quantity Received field, but no actual receipt transaction will be listed.
When you do a stock take adjustment or a normal Inventory adjustment, you can update the Original quantity received, which creates an Adjustment transaction. On the Traceability Report there will be an Adjustment transaction (but no Receipt transaction) and a quantity in the Quantity Received column.
If you do a stock take confirmation and select Update original quantity received when adjusting the quantity of a lot traceable item according to the stock take count quantity, then the Original Quantity Received is updated, but there is no Receipt transaction.
When you post Inventory receipts, Purchase order receipts or WIP Job receipts to a lot number, the Original Quantity Received is updated and the Receipt transactions are shown on the Traceability Report.
Transactions for archived lots (see Purge and Archive), are not available to print and are therefore not included in the report. You can, however, use the Traceability Query program to view transactions for archived lots.
