You use this program to view details of collection descriptors currently defined.
Collections are stock code holding-entities that enable you to group items into clusters or categories that make sense to your business.

| Descriptor | This indicates the collection descriptor. Collection descriptors are used in the Families and Groupings program to assist in defining collections. |
| Description | This indicates the description defined against the descriptor. It is displayed against the collection in the Families and Groupings program. |
You cannot maintain information displayed in this listview if access to the program is set to Browse only, but access to the corresponding maintenance program is not allowed (see Security Access).
