You use this program to establish exactly where a specific stock item is used as a component within a structure. This program is not a replacement for the Stock Code Where-used Query program.
All parent parts to which the component is attached are displayed, including the sequence number, quantity per, part category and operation.

| Rev/Rel | Indicate where a specific revision/release of the component is used in structures to make parent items. If the current revision/release is selected, then the component ECC consumption method current will also be included. |
| Use current ECC | Select this to indicate where the current revision/release of the component is used in structures to make parent items. The current revision and release of the component will either have the ECC consumption method current or the ECC consumption method specified with the component's current revision/release. |

This displays structures in which all revisions/releases of a component are used, regardless of the ECC consumption method used by the component. |

| Show all routes | Select this to include all routes in which the
component is used. This option is only available if you enabled the Alternate routings setup option (Bill of Materials Setup). |

| Show current items only | If the Structure on/off dates setup option is enabled (Bill of Materials Setup) then this only displays structures in which the entered component is used where the structure on date has been reached and the structure off date has not been exceeded. The current system date is used for the check. |

This listview displays the parent parts in which the selected component is used.

| Non-current | The word Yes in this column indicates that the structure is obsolete (i.e. the structure on date is after the current system date or the structure off date is before the current system date). |
| Description | This indicates the description defined against the parent item. |
| Sequence | This indicates the sequence number for the component in relation to the parent stock code. This is defined using the Structures and Routings program. |
| Quantity per | This indicates the quantity of the component item that is required to make a single parent stock code. This relationship is based on the unit of measure of the parent part and the component. The number of decimals displayed (0 to 6) is determined by your entry at the option: Maximum decimals in quantity per (Bill of Materials Setup). |
| Op | This indicates the operation number of the component. It indicates when the component must be available for the manufacture of the parent part |
| Rev | This indicates the revision for the parent item and is only displayed for ECC-controlled items. |
| Rel | This indicates the release for the parent item and is only displayed for ECC-controlled items. |
| Fixed qty | This indicates whether the number of components required to make a single parent part is fixed - either regardless of the number of parent parts being made, or specifically in relation to the number of parent parts being made. |
| Parent fixed qty | This indicates the number of parent parts to which the component quantity per applies. |
| Component rev | This indicates the revision for the component and is only displayed for ECC-controlled components. |
| Component rel | This indicates the release for the component and is only displayed for ECC-controlled components. |
| Structure on date | This indicates when the component becomes active in the BOM structure. This is only displayed if you indicated that structure on/off dates are required (Bill of Materials Setup). |
| Structure off date | This indicates when the component is de-activated from the BOM structure. This is only displayed if you indicated that structure on/off dates are required (Bill of Materials Setup). |
| Route |
This indicates the route in which the component is used. This is only displayed if you selected the option: Alternate routings (Bill of Materials Setup). |
| Ecc consumption |
If the ECC consumption method for a component is Deplete oldest, then only when you select the Show all Rev/Rel option on the Component Details pane will the structures of those items be displayed here. |
Inserting Application Help
You would typically follow this procedure to display help for the current program in a customized pane that can be pinned to the program window.
Information includes step-by-step instructions for the various functions available within the program, including a brief overview of what the program does, what setup options are required and how to personalize the program.

Open the program for which you want to insert application help into a customized pane.
This functionality is only available for a program that has panes.

Right-click any form field.
You can also click the triangle menu icon that appears in the title area of a pane.

Select Insert Application Help from the context-sensitive menu.
The application help appears in a pane within your program. You can reposition the pane using the docking stickers or pin it to the program window.
Removing the Application Help pane
If you no longer want to display application help in a pane for your current program, you can simply remove it.

Select the Close icon in the right-hand corner of the application help pane.

Confirm that you want to delete the pane.
