You use this program to view details of General Ledger analysis categories currently defined.
You typically define analysis categories for ledger accounts that need to be analyzed. These could be expense accounts such as Donations, Repairs and Maintenance, Travel expenses, Entertainment, etc.

| Category | This indicates the category code. |
| Description | This indicates the description for the category code. |
| Analysis desc 1 - 5 |
These indicate the descriptions for each of the analysis types. Up to five analysis types can be defined for each category. |
| Mandatory |
These indicate whether the individual analysis types are mandatory. If an analysis type is mandatory, then a value must be entered against the type when the Capture GL Analysis Entries program is used to distribute values. |
You cannot maintain information displayed in this listview if access to the program is set to Browse only, but access to the corresponding maintenance program is not allowed (see Security Access).
