Office 365 Tenant Maintenance
This program lets you maintain multiple tenants for Microsoft Office 365. Tenant information is stored in the AdmOfficeTenants system-wide table.

This program is accessed from the Program List of the SYSPRO menu:

You can also access this program from within the Setup Options program by selecting the Office Tenants option from the Define menu on the toolbar.

A Microsoft Office 365 tenant is a regional location that provides cloud services dedicated to an organization (e.g. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc). It falls within the overall O365 Data Center and can be seen as an organization's sandbox environment, housing all its digital assets (e.g. users, domains, subscriptions and data).
Starting
You can restrict operator access to programs by assigning them to groups and applying access control against the group (configured using the Operator Groups program).
If you access this program from within the Setup Options program, no additional security check is performed as the system assumes your operator code has been granted the necessary access rights.
The following configuration options in SYSPRO may affect processing within this program or feature, including whether certain fields and options are accessible.
The Setup Options program lets you configure how SYSPRO behaves across all modules. These settings can affect processing within this program.

Solving

Open the Office 365 Tenant Maintenance program (Program List > Administration > General Setup) and add the multiple tenant records according to your requirements.

Open the Personal Settings program (SYSPRO Ribbon bar > Home > Personal Settings) to indicate which tenant SYSPRO must use for the operator when communicating with Microsoft Office 365).
Using
- Columns in a listview are sometimes hidden by default. You can reinstate them using the Field Chooser option from the context-sensitive menu (displayed by right-clicking a header column header in the listview). Select and drag the required column to a position in the listview header.

Tenant name |
Enter an applicable name for the tenant so that it is distinguishable from other tenants. |
Tenant Id |
Indicate your active directory in the Microsoft Azure portal. |
Client Id |
Indicate the client ID of the SYSPROOfficeCloud application added to your active directory in Microsoft Azure. |
Exchange web service |
Indicate the URI address to your exchange web service provider. This setting is used when resolving email addresses. If you don't have an exchange server, you can use the default provided by Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx). |
