You use this program to generate labels for your assets.

Indicate the stationery format to use to generate the labels. |
| Sequence |
Indicate the sequence in which you want to print the asset labels. The available sequences are:

| Print by asset quantity | Select this to print the same number of labels as the number defined in the Asset quantity field of the Asset Acquisition program. |
| No of labels per code |
Indicate the number of labels that must be generated for each asset code. This does not apply if you selected the Print by asset quantity option. |

| Define Asset list up to 20 |
Select this to enter a list of up to 20 asset codes for which you want to generate labels. This only applies when you select a List of assets. |

Select this to enter a list of up to 20 asset types for which you want to generate labels. This only applies when you select a List of asset types. |

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
