You use this program to query and maintain details of release quantities that have been delivered to and received by the customer.

Customer | Enter the code of the customer for whom you want to maintain the deliveries. |
Customer purchase order | Enter the customer's purchase order number for which you want to maintain the deliveries. |
This pane displays the customer information, purchase order details and customer stock code information for the customer/customer purchase order combination you entered.

Customer stock code | Enter the customer's stock code for which you want to maintain the deliveries. |
Customer stock code description | This displays the description of the customer's stock code. |

Date | Indicate the invoice date. |
Invoice | Indicate the invoice number. Leave this field blank if there is no last invoice number to record, or it is unknown. |
Dispatch | Indicate the dispatch note number for the delivery. |

Unconfirmed | This indicates that the release has not yet been confirmed as delivered. |
Confirmed | This indicates that the release has been invoiced and the delivery quantity received by the customer. |
Partial | This indicates that the release is partially received (i.e. the customer only received part of the delivery). |
Quantity | |
Delivered | Indicate the quantity delivered for the invoice line. |
Received | Indicate the quantity received for the invoice line. |
Cumulative | Select this if the quantities you entered are the cumulative values. |
Notes | |
Narration | Enter free format text relating to the delivery transaction. The text is displayed in the Notes column of the Transaction Details listview. |
The currently defined delivery history information for the customer is displayed in this listview.
The totals displayed for Quantity delivered and Quantity received must be equal before you can use the Blanket SO Review & Confirmation program to confirm the next release. This means that you must balance what the customer confirms he received with what you say you delivered before you can process the next release for delivery. |

Add | Select this to add a new delivery. You enter the

Change | Select this to maintain the quantity delivered and
received for the opening balance, or to change the quantities
received for invoice lines. You change the details in the History Maintenance pane. |
This is a sensitive program and we recommend that only senior personnel use it to view and optionally add or change the delivery position for a release master.
Inserting Application Help
You would typically follow this procedure to display help for the current program in a customized pane that can be pinned to the program window.
Information includes step-by-step instructions for the various functions available within the program, including a brief overview of what the program does, what setup options are required and how to personalize the program.
Open the program for which you want to insert application help into a customized pane.
This functionality is only available for a program that has panes.
Right-click any form field.
You can also click the triangle menu icon that appears in the title area of a pane.
Select Insert Application Help from the context-sensitive menu.
The application help appears in a pane within your program. You can reposition the pane using the docking stickers or pin it to the program window.
Removing the Application Help pane
If you no longer want to display application help in a pane for your current program, you can simply remove it.
Select the Close icon in the right-hand corner of the application help pane.
Confirm that you want to delete the pane.
