Listview columns

Column Description
Dispatch note Indicates the dispatch note number.
Customer Indicates the customer for whom the dispatch note was created.
Sales order Indicates sales order number from which the dispatch note was created.
Status

Indicates the dispatch note status. See Dispatch Note Statuses.

Customer purchase order Indicates the customer's purchase order number for the dispatch note.
Invoice Indicates the dispatch invoice for the dispatch note.

Dispatch invoices are not necessarily sequentially numbered according to ship date. A dispatch invoice can be generated today for a dispatch note with tomorrow's ship date and thereafter another dispatch note can be invoiced for today's ship date. The invoice number for tomorrow's ship date will then be before the invoice number for the dispatch invoice for today's ship date.

Planned delivery Indicates the date on which the dispatch is planned for delivery.
Actual delivery Indicates the date on which the dispatch was delivered.
