Field | Description |
---|---|
Edit | |
Add | Adds lost sale details using the Sales Analysis Capture Lost Sale program. |
Delete | Deletes the currently highlighted lost sale (typically
used to remove lost sales recorded in error). Lost sales are deleted from the Sales Order Lost Sales table as well as the IOP Sales History Adjustments table if the date and time of the lost sale transactions in both tables match. |
You can only run this program if the Inventory Forecasting or Sales Order module is installed.
Cancelled order lines are only recorded as lost sales when the unit of measure against the order line matches the unit of measure currently defined against the stock code (Stock Codes).
For example: You capture an order line when the uom for the stock item is DOZ. You then change the uom against the stock code to EA and capture another order line for the stock item. When you cancel both order lines, only the line with a uom of EA is recorded as a lost sale. This is irrespective of which reason code is recorded against the cancellation of the order lines.
Electronic Signatures provide security access, transaction logging and event triggering. This enables you to increase control over your system changes.
Access to the following eSignature transactions within this program can be restricted at Operator, Group, Role or Company level. You configure this using the eSignature Setup program.
