You use this program to view the header details for all retentions relating to projects and contracts.
Retention details by contract reference can be viewed using the P&C Contracts Query program.

| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Contract | This indicates the contract to which the retention relates. |
| Job | This indicates the job within the contract to which the retention relates. |
| Retention type | This indicates whether the retention is defined as a value or as a percentage of the contract. (see Browse on Contracts). |
| Retention customer | This indicates the customer entered using the P&C Retention Creation and Maintenance program. |
| Customer | This indicates the customer defined against the contract (see Browse on Contracts). |
