Detail Lines for Blanket Purchase Orders

You use this program to view detail line information for a selected blanket purchase order and to exclude specific contract lines from a blanket order file (in XML format) you want to export using the Blanket Purchase Order Export program.

Toolbar and menu

Field Description
Functions You use the Functions menu to include or exclude specific lines from the export file.
Include/Exclude This option operates as a toggle and enables you to include or exclude the highlighted line depending on the current include/exclude status of the line.
Include All Select this to include all lines displayed for the selected contract.
Exclude All Select this to exclude all lines displayed for the selected contract.

  • This program can be accessed by selecting the Detail Linesoption from the Blanket Purchase Order Export Review screen of the Blanket Purchase Order Export program.
