View Users

You use this program to identify who is accessing the system and which programs are currently running, before you log in to SYSPRO.

The window title indicates the number of users currently logged into the system out of the total number of licenses available.

Although more information and functionality is included in the View Users program, you can only load that program after you have logged into SYSPRO.

Users Logged In

Field Description
File  
Find Display all programs that are currently in use.
Zoom View the files used by the program currently highlighted in the list view (if you have selected the Program Details option from the View menu.
View  
User Summary Displays user summary data in the list view.
Program Details View the programs the operator is currently running in the list view.
Matched Programs Re-display the list of programs matching the file code specified. This option is only enabled when you select the Find option from the File menu.
Refresh View Refresh the user details displayed in the list view pane (F5).
Who am I Highlight the workstation's active user. This can be useful if several operators are using the same login.
Logout User Log out the currently highlighted user. The user won't be able to load a new program or access primary functions within the main SYSPRO posting programs.
