Start Designing Menu |
Select this to begin designing menus. The Menu Design Mode in Progress window is displayed. From within the Navigation Pane, start constructing your menu (e.g. add menu items and categories, rearrange items and categories and customize the appearance of this menu). Select the Exit Design Mode once you have completed the construction of your menu. |
MyMenu files can only be converted after operators have logged into SYSPRO 7 at least once; this is because it is only when an operator logs into SYSPRO 7 for the first time that the MyMenu structure gets converted to a personal menu file.
The MyMenu files will be renamed to be OPERATOR_xxxx.MNU and the menu shortcut will be removed from the operator's preference file. When an operator next logs in, the menu will be shown, however it shall no longer be available for modification by the operator.
Operator access to the following activities within this program can be restricted. You configure this using the Operators program.
Activity | Description |
---|---|
Main menu - Allow to design menus | Controls whether an operator can create or modify menus on the SYSPRO Desktop (including access to the Navigation Pane toolbar functions). |
