Company Calendar

You use this program to view a traditional monthly calendar from which date selections can be made and passed through to SYSPRO programs.

You can configure your company calendar options using the Personalize program (SYSPRO Ribbon bar->Home->Personalize).

Company Calendar

Field Description
Selected days represent  
Non-working days Indicates that the selected days are non-working days.
Working days Indicates that the selected days are working days.
Apply Applies your selections to the company calendar.
Specific Days Sets a specific day or range of days as working or non-working days.
Show week numbers Displays the week numbers on the calendar.
Show non-month days Displays the last days from the previous month and the first days from the following month in the first and last week of the current month's calendar respectively.
Today Selects today's date on the calendar.

Notes and warnings

Restrictions and limits

  • You can apply working and non-working days for more than 50 months into the future and the records will be created in the AdmCalendar table on the database. However, the control is designed to only display 50 months into the future.
