Employee | Indicates the code of the employee you are currently maintaining. |
Name | Indicate the name of the employee. This assists you in verifying that the correct employee has been entered. |
Standard time per month |
Indicate how much time is available for the employee per month. This is used in the employee efficiency calculation. The description of the time unit of measure (to which your entry relates) is extracted from the entry made at the Default description of time units setup option (Bill of Materials Setup). |

You use this pane to assign rates against employees. This enables you to post labor to a job (Labor Posting) at the actual employee labor rates instead of at the rate held against the work center if you indicated that the employee rates must be used for a particular work center. The work center overhead recovery rates are still applied.

You use these fields to copy a rate against the employee to another rate against the same employee. In addition, you can increase a rate by a specified multiple.

Source indicator | Indicate the source indicator you want to use to create or copy to the target rate. |
