You use this program to view a Gantt chart representation of how the structure and routings of operations flows through the work centers.
Measured in lead time days, the program enables schedulers to see the relationship between the different lead times and helps in the decision-making of how to load and sequence work centers.
Field | Description |

Generate Schedule | This generates the Gantt chart in the Schedule Information pane, based on your selections in the Schedule Options pane. |
Print Schedule Information | This prints the information displayed in the Gantt chart. |
Print Schedule Details | This prints the information displayed in the Schedule Details list view. |
Field | Description |

Stock code selection | Indicate the stock item for which you want to generate the profile. Valid items include: made-in parts, phantom parts, notional parts, co-products and subcontract items. |
Revision | For ECC-controlled items, indicate the revision of the parent item for which to generate the profile. |
Release | For ECC-controlled items, indicate the release of the parent item for which to generate the profile. |
Route |
Indicate the route to use for the Stock code. This is the routing configured in the (Structures and Routings) program and is only relevant when the Alternate routings option is enabled (Bill of Materials Setup). |
Quantity to make | Indicate the quantity of the parent part you want to make. |

Show supplier lead time | This displays the supplier lead times. Enabling this changes the Earliest start date. |
Show phantom parts | This displays phantom parts. |
Earliest start date | This indicates the earliest start date that operations
can commence for the specified stock item. The supplier lead time is deducted from the earliest start date when the Show supplier lead time option is enabled. |
This pane displays the component information in a Gantt chart.
The BOM Scheduling Profile query program renders the same results as the Scheduling Profile.
