Revision Release Report

You use this program to generate a report detailing the revision and release information held against each ECC-controlled stock item.

Report Options

Selection criteria

Field	Description
Stock code selection	Indicate the stock code(s) for which you want to print revision and release information. Only stock items that are defined as ECC-controlled (Stock Codes) are printed.

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).

Report Details

If ECC stock code control is configured at stock code level, then only the following stock code information is printed:

stock code
description
current revision
current release
status of locks on any new jobs, material allocations, purchase orders and sales orders

If ECC stock code control is configured at revision level or release level, then the following information is printed:

stock code
description
current revision
current release
status of locks on any new jobs, material allocations, purchase orders and sales orders
revision
release
date the revision/release was released for use
change order that initiated the revision/release
whether the revision/release is current


	The wording displayed for the headings of the first two columns defaults to Rev and Rel, but is replaced by whatever wording you assigned to these user-defined fields (Bill of Materials Setup).
