Notes and warnings

Deletion considerations

  • Although you can delete a salesperson who has sales in the last 13 months, this can compromise the accuracy of sales analysis figures reflected on various reports.

  • When deleting a salesperson who is also a collector, you are prompted to delete the collector as well as the salesperson.

If you select not to do so, then only the salesperson is deleted from the SALSLS table only. The collector is not deleted from the ARSCLL table. It is therefore possible to have a collector who is not also a salesperson.
