Milestones
Every product follows the same four-milestone lifecycle described below:
End of sale

No new licences are available. Existing licences remain valid and fully supported.
End of maintenance

Security and compliance patches continue.

New features and enhancements are no longer developed.
End of support

Syspro no longer accepts support requests for this product.
End of life

The product is fully retired. All customers should have migrated to a supported alternative.
Every product listed on this page remains fully supported until its end-of-support date. No immediate action is required, but early migration planning gives you a smoother transition and more flexibility on timing.
