Program: Lot Traceability Tracking Print
This program lets you generate and print the Lot Traceability Tracking report (LTTR) for a selected stock code and lot or serial number.
Exploring
Things you can do in this program include:
-
Print or reprint the Lot Traceability Tracking report.
-
Retrieval of traceability evidence by generating the report directly from system data instead of manual collation across sytems.
This program is accessed from the Program List of the Syspro menu:
Program List > Quality Management > Documents
This report provides a comprehensive record of a batch or lot's journey through production and supply chain, supporting audits, recalls, and regulatory compliance. Detailing the input raw material, where applicable, as well as the processes completed against the lot.
A 50-character identifier for a warehouse or work center, used to support EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) traceability requirements.
Starting
-
Ensure Quality Management is available and stock codes are configured as QM inspection required.
-
Stock Code Maintenance
To use this feature, the following setup option(s) must be enabled/defined:
Program List > Inventory > Setup - Tracking pane:
-
Quality management
-
QM inspection required
-
-
Lot traceability control
-
Lot traceability
This must be defined as Inspection required.
-
Traceable
This must be defined as With inspection.
-
Allow issues from multiple lots
-
-
-
-
Where facility traceability is required, Unique Facility Identifier (FID) values are maintained so they can be printed in the operations section of the report.
-
Lot Traceability Tracking Print prints the Lot Traceability Tracking Report document type only.
-
Printing of the reports are inspection completion-dependent.
-
The output content being printed is controlled by the test design. Only test results flagged to be included in the reports are included. Test results can be flagged to be included using the Inspection Test Design program.
Solving
The reports are only generated when the underlying inspection is complete. If the inspection is not finished, the document(s) cannot be produced because the output is built from the final inspection results.
Other possible reasons are:
-
The inspection is not complete. Confirm that the inspection reference you select has a completed status.
-
Your selection criteria does not return a completed inspection reference.
-
The required document format has not been defined, therefore you are unable to produce the expected output. Document formats are defined in Quality Document Format for each document type.
-
You are running Alignment instead of printing the document. Alignment prints text characters to verify stationery alignment. It does not produce the actual reports.
Using
The Lot Traceability Tracking Print process is as follows:
-
Confirm the Document Type is Lot Traceability Tracking.
-
Set the required selection criteria for Stock code, Job, and Lot/Serial.
-
Select Print to generate the report output for the specified item.
-
The program calls Lot Traceability Up & Down Query object when moving upstream and outputs material and source details such as stock code/description, supplier, lot, and serial where applicable.
-
It will include SCT (Supply chain transfer) detail for each traceable item returned by Lot Traceability Up & Down Query object, including stock code/description, lot, source warehouse, target warehouse, and date.
