Contact Maintenance Preferences

You use this program to configure preferences applicable when maintaining contact information within the Contacts program (Options->Preferences).

Field	Description
Save	This saves the details you entered or changed.

Field	Description
Show the name details window if the contact name contains two or more names	Select this if you want to display the Contact Management Name Details screen when you enter two or more names in the Contact field.

Field	Description
Prevent duplicates	Define options for duplicate information entered in the Contact Management System.
Display warning	Select this if you only want to display a warning message when duplicate information is entered according to your selections at the Duplicate options fields.
Duplicate options	Prevent the capture of duplicate entries against the selected fields.
