XML Document Purge

You use this program to delete XML documents that you no longer want to retain on file.

XML documents that you can retain include incoming, outgoing and failed documents.

Field	Description
Purge	This lets you purge XML documents. XML documents are purged according to the purge options selected in this program and the XML Document Control program, where you can configure the documents to retain and the retention period.
Purge options
Delete XML History document details	This lets you delete history detail entries that were created before the cut-off period specified within the XML Document Control program.
Delete XML failed document details	This lets you delete failed actioned and unactioned detail entries that were created before the cut-off period specified within the XML Document Control program.
