ClosedRestrictions and Limits

  • You won't be able to maintain information displayed in the list view if access to this program is set to Browse only, but access to the corresponding maintenance program is not allowed.

Using

ClosedTasks

  • Press CTRL+F1 within a list view (or form) to view a complete list of functions available.

Field Description

File

Select

This uses the entry currently highlighted in the list view in the corresponding field of another program.
Amendment Journals This loads the Operator Amendment Journal program to view, print and purge operator amendment journals.

Close

This returns you to the previous screen.

Edit

Add This adds a new data record.

Change

This lets you change details for the highlighted data record.

Delete

This deletes the data record currently displayed.
Options

Populate Subgroup Columns

This displays the subgroup(s) to which the operator belongs.

The first five subgroups are displayed in the Subgroup 1 - Subgroup 5 columns.

All subgroups are displayed in a comma-separated list in the Subgroups column. (...) is displayed at the end of this list when there are over 50 subgroups.

Populate Contact Columns

This displays the contact information for the operator in the appropriate list view columns (if you are using the SYSPRO Contact Management System).
