Labor Analysis

You use this program to generate a variety of reports enabling you to analyze your labor transactions for a specific time period.

You can generate the report in up to 4 sequences at a time. A total of 16 sequences are available.

Report Options

Field Description
First report Indicate the first report you want to include in the labour analysis.

One of the following sequences can be selected:

  • Work center - Employee
  • Work center - Job
  • Work center - Machine
  • Work center - Operation

    If you select this option, then the program extracts the figures from the WIP Labor Journal file and accumulates them according to the operation number.

    This would typically be used in a fast moving consumer goods environment, where multiple end products all use the same routing.

Second report Indicate the second report you want to include in the labour analysis.

The same selections as for the First report are available.

Third report Indicate the third report you want to include in the labour analysis.

The same selections as for the First report are available.

Fourth report Indicate the fourth report you want to include in the labour analysis.

The same selections as for the First report are available.

Report type  
Detail Select this to generate a detailed report. One line is printed for each job, employee or work center and a subtotal is also printed.
Summary Select this to generate a report on which only subtotals are printed for each job, employee or work center.

Selection criteria

Field Description
Date selection Indicate the date(s) according to which you want to generate the report.

Report Details

You indicate the maximum number of decimals to print for operation times using the Style for labor times option (Company Maintenance).

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
