Operator Amendment Journal Report

You use this program to print an audit trail of changes made to SYSPRO operators.

Operator amendment journals are automatically created from changes made to operator settings using the Operators program.

These journals are generated automatically and no option exists to prevent them from being created.

Report Options

Field Description
Date Indicate the system date the operator settings were changed.
Time Indicate the system time the operator settings were changed.
Include ready to purge
Option Description
Yes Include journals that the system regards as still being in progress.
No Include all amendment journals in the report.
Only Print amendment journals that have not completed successfully and where the integrity of data has been compromised.
Include additions Include journals for operators that were added.
Include changes Include journals for operators that were changed.
Include deletions Include journals for operators that were deleted.
Maximum rows to return Enter the maximum number of journals to be displayed on the report.
Operator

Select the operator(s) whose settings were changed.
Changed by Operator

Select the operator(s) who performed the change.

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).

Report Details

  • Only amendment journals not previously printed are listed on the report each time you generate this report (i.e. when not reprinting).
