Operator Security List

You use this program to generate a list of operators together with the program to which they have access, as defined using the Groups program.

Include administrator programs	Select this to list the program accesses for operators belonging to a group with Systems administrator rights (Operator Groups). This option is deselected by default as it is assumed that System administrators have access to all programs anyway. If you select this option, then the report could be considerably longer, as all programs are listed for each operator belonging to a group defined as a Systems administrator group.

Operator selection

Indicate the operator(s) for whom you want to generate the report.

Operator group selection

Indicate the operator group(s) for which you want to generate the report.

If you select to include All groups, then operators' subgroups are displayed together with the operators' primary group. The group allowing access to a specific program is indicated.

A subgroup's access is added to the primary group (i.e. if a subgroup grants access to a program then the primary group's denial to that program is over-ridden).

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
