You use this program to generate a detailed report of General Ledger analysis entries processed.

| Year | Enter the General Ledger year for which you want to generate the report. |
| Analysis period selection | Indicate the General Ledger periods (within the Year selected) for which to include analysis entries in the report. |
| G/L account types | Indicate the General Ledger account types for which to include analysis entries in the report. |

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
The report is generated as a graphical representation of the analysis entries, including detailed transactions and totals for each analysis category.
The report displays a single graph for the period range selected (i.e. if a full year is selected, then the graph displays data for the full year. However if a period range is selected, then the single graph displays the data for the entire range selected).
