You use this program to generate a report listing dispatch notes according to the sales order to which they are linked.
The report includes dispatch note and invoice information.
The section below indicates the available report selections. The report options are available on the Other Options tab.

| Sales order selection | Indicate the sales order(s) for which to include sales orders in the report. |
| Stock code selection | Indicate the stock code(s) for which to include sales orders in the report. |
| Branch selection | Indicate the Accounts Receivable branch(es) for which to include sales orders in the report. |
| Customer selection | Indicate the customer(s) for whom to include sales orders in the report. |
| Order date selection | Indicate the order date(s) for which to include sales orders in the report. |
| Order type selection | Indicate the order type(s) for which to include sales orders in the report. |
In addition to the selection options, you can indicate the following additional criteria according to which orders must be selected for inclusion in the report:

| Print customer purchase order number | Select this to print the customer's purchase order number on the report. |
| Print cancelled dispatches | Select this to include cancelled dispatch notes in the report. |

| Exclude | Select this to exclude supply chain transfer orders from the report. |
| Only | Select this to generate the report only for supply chain transfer orders. |
These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
