You use this program to view a Gantt Chart of the operations assigned to a non-stocked item. The graph indicates the elements making up the manufacturing lead time.
The graph is scaled horizontally according to the total number of days required to complete all operations (i.e. queue time, elapsed time, and move time) and vertically according to the operations performed in the different work centers.

| View | The number of operations displayed on the graph at any
one time depends on your selection at the Preference:
Number of operations to view. If the parent item has more operations than you selected to display, then these options enable you to navigate to the required operations on the graph. |
| First | Select this to display operations from the first operation. |
| Previous set | Select this to display the previous set of operations. The size of the set depends on your selection at the Preference: Number of operations to view. |
| Previous | Select this to navigate back to the previous individual operation. |
| Next | Select this to navigate forward to the next individual operation. |
| Next set | Select this to display the next set of operations. The size of the set depends on your selection at the Preference: Number of operations to view. |
| Last | Select this to navigate to the last operation. |

This screen is displayed when you select the Preferences option from the Preferences menu.

| Number of operations to view | Indicate the number of operations to display in the
graph. Your entry determines the series of operations displayed when you select the options from the View menu. |

| Elapsed time | The elapsed time for a subcontract operation is calculated as the sum of the offsite time and the dock to stock days. The lead time of the subcontract operation is ignored. The elapsed time for a subcontract operation is the time from the moment you ship materials to the subcontract provider until it is back on the floor to enable you to continue working on it. |
