You use this program to generate a report identifying changes that need to be made to the live build schedule quantities and/or dates to meet the planning within the snapshot files.
The planning indicated within the snapshot files is generated by the Requirements Calculation program.
The program compares information residing within the snapshot files to information residing within the live files and reports on the differences. The latest requirements calculation date is printed on each report.

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
Where date and/or quantity changes have been made to the build schedules in the snapshot files using the Requirements Planning Query program, the following is printed:
- Stock code
- Stock description
- Build schedule reference
- Warehouse
- Current quantity (taken from live build schedule)
- Suggested quantity (taken from snapshot build schedule)
- Current date (taken from live build schedule)
- Suggested date (taken from snapshot build schedule)
Where date or date and quantity changes have been made to the live build schedule using Build Schedule Maintenance program, or where the live build schedule has been deleted, the following is printed:
- Stock code
- Stock description
- Build schedule reference
- Warehouse
- Current quantity (quantity on live build schedule prior to altering the build schedule date. An asterisk indicates that a change has been made, but original date and quantities cannot be found in the live file).
- Suggested quantity (taken from the snapshot build schedule) Current date (date on the live build schedule immediately prior to altering the build schedule date. An asterisk is printed to indicate that a change has been made but original date and quantities cannot be found in the live file).
- Suggested date (taken from the snapshot build schedule)
Where quantity changes have been made to the live build schedules using the Build Schedule Maintenance program, the following is printed:
- Stock code
- Stock description
- Build schedule reference
- Warehouse
- Current quantity (taken from live build schedule)
- Suggested quantity (taken from snapshot build schedule)
- Current date (taken from live build schedule)
- Suggested date (taken from snapshot build schedule)
