Forecast Amendment Journal

You use this program to print (or reprint) a report, listing all additions, deletions or amendments to forecasts.

Although you can chose to delete the journal file once the report has been run, this will prevent you from being able to reprint journals.

Reprint Select this to reprint journals that were previously printed.
Print additions Select this to print details of forecasts that were added.
Print deletions Select this to print details of forecasts that were deleted.
Print changes Select this to print details of forecasts that were changed.
Print inactive and active Select this to print additions, changes or deletions to active and inactive forecasts.
Delete journal file after report

Select this to delete the journal file once the report has run.

Journals cannot be reprinted as they will no longer exist.

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).

Report Details

The report prints the current and previous data for each applicable forecast line, as well as the transaction type that output the amendment journal record (i.e. added, changed or deleted).

Only amendment journals not previously printed are listed on the report each time you generate this report (i.e. when not reprinting).

Notes and warnings

Program access

  • You can only access this program if the Forecast amendment journals option is enabled (Requirements Planning Setup).

Reprint

  • No journals are available to reprint if you selected to delete the journal file when you last printed the report.
