Multiple Forecast Deletions

You use this program to delete or inactivate forecasts created using the Forecast Maintenance or Multiple Forecast Additions programs.

Field Description
Start Processing Select this to delete or inactivate forecasts according to the criteria selected.
Close Select this to exit the program without inactivating or deleting any forecasts.

MRP Multiple Forecast Deletions

Field Description
Stock codes  
Stock code selection Indicate the stock code(s) for which to inactivate or delete the forecasts.
Warehouses  
Warehouse selection Indicate the warehouse(s) for which to inactivate or delete the forecasts.
Non-stocked Select this to include stock codes not attached to a warehouse in the process.
Warehouse

Indicate the single warehouse for which to include stock codes in the process.

This field is only enabled if you selected to include stock codes for a single warehouse.

If you selected to include stock codes not attached to a warehouse, then '**' is automatically entered in this field and cannot be changed.

Forecast types  
Forecast type selection Indicate the forecast type(s) for which to inactivate or delete the forecasts.
Resource parents  
Resource parent selection Indicate the resource parent(s) for which to inactivate or delete the forecasts.
Product classes  
Product class selection Indicate the range of product class(es) for which to include stock codes in the process.
Forecast dates  
Forecast date selection Indicate the forecast date(s) for which to inactivate or delete forecasts.
Customers  
Customer selection Indicate the customer(s) for which to inactivate or delete forecasts.

Option Description
Inactivate Select this to inactivate all active forecasts matching the selection criteria specified.
Delete Select this to delete all inactive forecasts matching the selection criteria specified.
Only forecasts with zero quantity Select this to delete or inactivate only those forecasts with a zero quantity.
Only forecasts with non current Rev/Rels Select this to delete only forecasts with a non-current revision/release.
References  
Reference selection Indicate the reference(s) for which you want to inactivate or delete forecasts.

Inserting Application Help

You would typically follow this procedure to display help for the current program in a customized pane that can be pinned to the program window.

Information includes step-by-step instructions for the various functions available within the program, including a brief overview of what the program does, what setup options are required and how to personalize the program.

  1. Open the program for which you want to insert application help into a customized pane.

    This functionality is only available for a program that has panes.

  2. Right-click any form field.

    You can also click the triangle menu icon that appears in the title area of a pane.

  3. Select Insert Application Help from the context-sensitive menu.

    The application help appears in a pane within your program. You can reposition the pane using the docking stickers or pin it to the program window.

Removing the Application Help pane

If you no longer want to display application help in a pane for your current program, you can simply remove it.

  1. Select the Close icon in the right-hand corner of the application help pane.

  2. Confirm that you want to delete the pane.
