You use this program to export role settings to a text file that can be imported into another SYSPRO site using the Operator Role Import Wizard program.
This enables you to transfer role settings to multiple SYSPRO sites without having to manually recreate the settings for each role on each new site.

| Export | Select this to indicate details of the output file to which the role settings must be exported. You will need to specify whether to export the file to the Client or Server. |

| Export options |
These options enable you to indicate the role settings you want to export. All role setting are included by default, but you can deselect those you do not want to export. Deselecting any of these options automatically deselects the corresponding option for all roles in the Export configuration pane and vice versa. Alternatively, you can selectively select/deselect them against individual roles in the Export configuration pane. |

| Clear all | Excludes all roles and role settings so that you can selectively indicate the roles and settings to include. |

| User interface | Highlight the user interface settings for the roles you want to export. |
| eSignatures | Highlight the eSignatures settings for the roles you want to export. |

| Activities and Fields | Highlight the activities and field settings for the roles you want to export. |
| Access control | Highlight the access control settings for the roles you want to export. |

| Status bar | This indicates the number of items selected for export from the total number of items available for selection. |
