Activity Query

You use this program to display and export a list of all activities used by all operators or roles within a company.

Export the listview to a tab-delimited text file.

To open the exported text file using an Excel spreadsheet, right-click on the file and open it with Excel, or open the file from within Excel.

Options Choose to display activities by operator or by role.
By Role

Display the list of activities by role.

This will show only the activities for the selected roles, as long as the operator is assigned to these roles.

By Operator

Display the list of activities by operator.

This option is not available if the global configuration option: Activities and fields always by role is enabled in the Roles program.

View A maximum of 100 columns are displayed in the listview. Use these options to navigate between the roles or operators when the number of columns exceeds 100.

Notes and warnings

Program access

  • Access to this program is automatically denied if you are not an administrator, or the group to which you belong does not have administrator rights.

    You use the Groups program to allow access to this program.
