Orders Created Externally

SYSPRO Ribbon bar > Query > Orders Created Externally

You use this program to view and maintain orders that were created using SYSPRO's Web Applications software.

Field	Description
Preferences
Preferences	Select this to indicate preferences you want to apply to this run of the program. You can save these preferences against your operator code for future use.
Maintain Order	Select this to maintain the order details of the currently highlighted order in the listview pane.

This displays details of orders created using SYSPRO's Web Applications software.

This screen is displayed when you select the Preferences option from the Preferences menu.

Description

Warn before deleting messages

Select this to be warned before any messages are deleted. Messages are deleted when the number of days you are retaining them is exceeded.

Automatic notification of messages

Select this to be notified automatically that a message has been sent to you.

Number of days to retain messages

Indicate how long you want to retain these messages on file.

A message file (xADMMSG.DAT) is created in SYSPRO's working directory by the Order Entry web applet.

You can reindex this file using the Reindex Files program.

Save Preferences

Select this to save the preferences against your operator code.

Select this to save the preferences for the current run of the program only.

You can only view orders created externally if you indicated that the operator must be informed of any new orders that are placed using SYSPRO's Web Application software. (Operators - e.net tab - Customer Orders Options).
