List of Requisition Users

You use this program to generate a report of all the users who have access to the Requisition system by means of a unique user code and associated authority level.

Report Options

Field Description
Include authority level

Indicate the authority levels (for the users you selected to print), to be included in the report.

For example, if you wanted to list all users who can create purchase orders, you would select All users and then deselect all authority levels except the Create purchase orders level.

The following authority levels can be selected:

  • Add requisitions
  • Add detailed information
  • Change detailed information
  • Approve requisitions
  • Create purchase orders

Selection criteria

Field Description
Requisition user selection Indicate the requisition user code you want to include in the report.

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
