Hierarchy Costs Material

You use this program to view the material costs which have been allocated or issued against a job.

Listview columns

Details of the materials currently issued or allocated to the job are displayed in this listview.

The columns displayed vary according to whether you are viewing committed or uncommitted material information.

Column Description
Stock code This indicates the code of the item.
Description This indicates the description of the item.
Hierarchy This indicates the level of the hierarchy to which this issue is assigned for material issues or the level to which this allocation is assigned for material allocations.
Wh This indicates the warehouse from which the item was issued or allocated.
Sub job This indicates the number of the sub job for the issue.
Quantity issued This is the quantity issued to date. This is only displayed for material allocations.
Uom This indicates the unit of measure of the item issued or allocated.
Value issued

This indicates the value of the items issued to date. This is only displayed for material issues.

Value required This indicates the value of the outstanding quantity. This is only displayed for material allocations.
Unit cost This indicates the cost per unit of the item issued or allocated.
CUM This indicates the cost unit of measure.
Journal no. This indicates the Inventory journal number.
Stock quantity issued

This indicates the quantity issued to date in the stocking unit of measure. This is only displayed for material issues.

Stock quantity required This indicates the quantity still required in the stocking unit of measure. This is only displayed for uncommitted material allocations.

Program access

  • You access this program by selecting the Committed - Issues - Material or the Uncommitted - Allocations - Material options from the Details menu of the Job Costs Query program.
